Dosas are South Indian lentil crepes typically stuffed with a variety of fillings and toppings. South India has over 80 varieties of dosas with each family putting their own spin on traditional recipes. They are an immensely popular street food staple in most of India. Dosas are vegan and gluten-free, as well as delicious and nutritious. While seemingly simple to prepare, they require technique, timing, and a well-developed palate to be done right. DC Dosa was born out of the original and authentic South Indian dosa and chutney recipes handed down by Priya’s family. Our menu selections change seasonally.
